Cheesey Pita


Another alternative, when you're on Phase 2 and can have some whole wheat pita,
is to mix the ricotta with a little mozzarella, some vanilla or almond extract,
and Splenda. Stuff it in the pita, sprinkle with cinnamon and microwave -- the
mozzarella makes it a little gooey and it's kind of like a cheesy danish.
