Cheese Shrimp Fondue
CHEESE SHRIMP FONDUE
1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 c. milk
2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Tbsp. sherry
1/4 chopped onion or Tbsp. minced
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Heat soup and milk; stir in cheese, sherry, onion and
mustard. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Serve in chafing dish with relishes and toasted bread for
dunking.
