Pet-Ritz Caramel Apple Pie
1) combine 10 caramel candies, each cut into 4 pieces, & 1/3 cup flour. add 3
c. chopped Jonathon or Rome apples, 2/3 c.caramel ice cream topping, & 2 tsp
lemon juice; mix well.
2)Pour mixture into a frozen 9" Pet-Ritz (or your favorite brand) pie crust &
sprinkle with 1/2 c. pecan pieces.
3)Bake at 375 on a preheated baking sheet for 40-45 min.Do not refrigerate.
