Cornflakes Tart

6oz cornflakes
3 Tbsp of golden syrup
2 Tbsp of jam
6oz flour
4oz margarine

Mix the flour and margarine together to make pastry Put the made pastry in a
oven proof dish  Put in the oven on gas mark 3 for 10-15 mins Take out of the
oven but do not turn oven of  Mix together the syrup and cornflakes in a bowl
together Put a layer of jam on the pastry Add the cornflakes mixture on top of
the pastry Put in oven on gas mark 3 and cook for 15-20 mins until the
cornflakes a crispy on the top.
