Cheese & Mushroom Calzone

3 cloves garlic -- minced
1 whole onion -- diced
1/2 lb button mushrooms -- sliced
2 pkgs dried porcini mushrooms
1/2 c nonfat cottage cheese -- or ricotta
1/3 c nonfat parmesan cheese
1/2 c nonfat Swiss cheese
1/3 c nonfat cream cheese
4 srv Calzone/Pizza Dough
Soak porcini mushrooms in 1/2 cup hot water for 30 minutes. Strain and
mince Filter the mushroom water and save for use in soups or sauces.
Saute veggies and allow to cool. Add to ricotta. Add remaining cheeses.
Enclose in Calzone dough Bake at 375 for 25-30 min.
