Last Minute Chicken/Italian Sausage Calzone

one tube Pillsbury pizza dough
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup cooked italian sausage
1 small can chopped green chiles
1/4 c chopped green onion
1 cup cheddar cheese (grated, the sharper, the better)
1/4 c sour cream
lots and lots of fresh black pepper

Mix everything but the dough together. If it doesn't bind well, add a little
more sour cream. Unroll the dough. Roll it out until it's 12" by 18". Cut
it into 6" squares. Put 1/6 of the filling in each and stretch the dough to
cover the filling. Seal with water and a fork. Bake at 375F for 15 to 20
minutes (until golden). If you want these to be *really* decadent, smear
a little butter on each one as they come out of the oven. (Makes six,
serves 3 or 4 as a main course).

For party calzone, cut the dough into 3" squares and divide the filling
equally between them. Bake at 375F for 10 to fifteen minutes. (Makes 18
appetizer servings.)
