Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake
Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 square Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 in.)
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed
until
well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Blend melted chocolate into 1/2
cup
of the cream cheese batter. Pour remaining cream cheese batter into crust.
Spoon
chocolate batter over cream cheese batter. Cut through batters with knife
several times for marble effect. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until
center is
almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Makes 8 servings
