Chicken Gravy over Biscuits
Chicken Gravy over Biscuits
Cooked whole chicken (or turkey) cut up
1 cup milk
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. frozen peas
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly
heated and peas are desired tenderness. Serve over fresh, warm biscuits or
rice.
NOTE: I use leftover chicken or turkey to make this dish.
