Tipsy Chicken
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons Scotch (bourbon will also work)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons Sesame seed oil
1 green onion chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
6 to 8 pieces of chicken (your choice)
Mix the above ingredients in mixing bowl.
Wash chicken in cold water and pat dry. Place chicken in a zip lock bag and
pour in marinade. Marinade at least 1 hour ( I do my overnight in the
refrigerator and pull out 1 hour before grilling) Grill over low to medium
heat until juices run clear approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
