Cabbage;shredded
3 x Carrots;shredded
1/2 c Onion;minced
1/4 c Red pepper;minced
Salt and pepper
1/2 c White vinegar
1/2 c Oil
2 tb Sugar
Combine cabbage, carrots, onion, red pepper and salt and pepper to
taste. Blend together vinegar, oil and sugar and pour over cabbage
mixture. Toss to coat well.
