Ginger Wafers

Ingredients:

4 oz butter
4 oz sugar
2 Tblsp Golden Syrup
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 dessertsp groung ginger
1 level tsp cake powder
1 Tblsp milk
Instructions:

Cream butter, sugar and syrup, add dry ingredients, and lastly
soda in the milk. Roll out very thin, cut in squares, bake about
20 minutes, moderate oven.
