Peanut Butter Creams
Peanut Butter Creams:
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c peanut butter
1 T soft butter
1/2 t vanilla
1/8 t salt
2 c powdered sugar
Beat egg, add in all but 1 c powdered sugar. Beat until smooth,
stir in remaining cup powdered sugar. Form into balls and roll
in chopped peanuts. Refrigerate until firm.
(NB Kids love making these -- & they're easy to do.)
