Rum Flavored Spritz
Rum Flavored Spritz
1 c butter or margarine
2/3 c sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla or rum flavoring
2 1/2 c sifted all-purpose flour
Thoroughly cream butter with sugar. Beat in egg yolks and flavoring. Stir
in flour.
Using 1/4 of the dough at a time, force through cooky press, forming various
shapes on ungreased cooky sheet.
Bake in preheated 400 degree F. oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till set but not
brown.
Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
