Zucchini Oatmeal Cookies

Zucchini Oatmeal Cookies

3/4 cup soft margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg                        
2 tsp. cinnamon     
1/2 tsp. baking soda      
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup grated zucchini   
1-1/2 cups flour   
1/2 tsp. salt     
2 cups oats        
1/2 cup raisins and/or 1/2 cup nuts        

Mix together margarine, sugar and egg.  Cream well. Add other ingredients  and
mix until all are blended. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
