CRAB CASSEROLE

CRAB CASSEROLE

4 T. Butter 4T. Flour
1/2 pint milk 1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper 4 T. sherry
1 lb. crabmeat 1 t. parsley
2 T. chopped pimento
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese

Heat butter and flour. Add milk and cook til thick. Add all of the
other ingredients, except cheese, and mix well. Put half of the mixture
into a casserole, top with half of the grated cheese. Add the rest
of the mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
