CREAM CHEESE CRABMEAT MOLD

1 env. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3/4 c. mayo
1 c. chopped celery 1 small onion, grated
3/4 c. fresh crab

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Heat soup in
a large saucepan. Add softened gelatin mixture to soup. Cook over
low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves and mixture is throughly
heated..(do not boil). Remove from heat. Combine cream cheese and
mayo, mixing well at med. speed of electric mixer. You can do it
by hand if you can it really smooth.... Add to soup mixture and mix
well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly oiled 4-cup
mold. Cover and chill until firm.
Makes: 3 1/2 cups
