Grilled Soft Shell Crabs

Although most people batter and deep fry soft shelled crabs, I never
really loved them till I threw 'em on the grill. First, clean the crabs
by removing gills, tail-flap and slicing off the face. Rinse in cold
water and pat dry. Melt three Tablespoons of butter or marg. Add three
Tablespoons of mustard (I use country dijon) and a dash or two of Tabasco.
Slather the crabs with the mustard/butter mix and grill till done, about
3 minutes per side (depending on the fire). Enjoy!
