Easy Apple Crisp
3-4 Tart apples (granny smith)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Peel, core and slice apples into thin slices. Cream together butter and sugar.
Add oatmeal. Place apples in a baking dish and spread the topping over the
apples. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until top is brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
Vanilla ice cream is great with this, but plain is good, too.
