Easy Gingerbread
Easy Gingerbread
2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup dark molasses
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup milk + 1 Tbsp. vinegar (let stand 15 minutes)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
dash of nutmeg
Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased and floured 13x9 inch
pan. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes. Top with powdered sugar, whipped topping
or lemon sauce.
