Holiday Cheesecake
2 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese
1 pound Ricotta Cheese
4 med-lrg Eggs (slightly beaten)
2 Tblspn Lemon Juice (FRESH)
1 teaspn Vanilla
1/4 pound Butter (melted)
1 pint Sour Cream
3 Tblspn Flour
3 Tblspn Cornstarch
1 1/2 cups Sugar

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Have ALL ingredients at ROOM TEMPERATURE.
3. Mix Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheese. Add Eggs and 1 cup Sugar. 4. THOROUGHLY
mix.... then add Lemon Juice and Vanilla.
5. Stir in Melted Butter and mix.
6. Sift Flour, Cornstarch and 1/2 cup of Sugar.... then add.
7. Add Sour Cream...... mix.
8. Grease 9" spring-form pan. Pour in.
9. Bake at 325 for 1 hour (or more).
10. When done....shut off oven....leave cheesecake in till cold! 11. Perfect
compliments....Sambuca (liquor) and Cappaccino!
