Ice Cream Pie

Hello everyone I got so many nice recipes,I thought it time I send one too. I made
this for a weekend get together and it went over great. It is fast and easy and sooo
good on a hot day! We finally got hot weather in Wisconsin!
Ice Cream Pie
1 prepared (9 inch) pie crust in pie pan
1 cup ice cream,slightly softened
2 1/4 cup cold milk
2 regular size pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor)
Whisk milk into ice cream. Add instant pudding and beat slowly at
low speed with mixer until well blended.
Pour into crust and refrigerate
You can experiment with the crust, pudding,ice cream-so many kinds! Enjoy! 8-)
