Joice's jello cake
This jello dessert, is very refreshing in the summer time, and very colorful. I suggest that you make this for certain holidays, using different fruits that coordinate with the holiday colors. It makes a pretty Valentines Day dessert, using red jello, with red berries. Green jello for St Pattty's day. Orange jello and mandarin oranges for fall, etc, just have fun !
1 large box of jello 1 angelfood cake 1 can fruitcocktail (or any fruit) Whipped topping
Prepare jello according to package directions. Drain juice from fruitcocktail, and pour in tupperware bowl. Put angelfood cake on top of fruit. While jello is still hot, pour jello over the angelfood cake, till it's all absorbed into the cake. Cover with tupperware lid, and refridgerate till jello is set. When set, run outside of bowl in warm water, till cake is easily removed from the bowl. Top jello cake, with whipped topping, and enjoy !
