Peanut Butter Eggs

Peanut Butter Eggs
 
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1  8 ounce package cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
Chocolate for dipping

Mix all ingredients except 2 Tbsp butter and the chocolate. Roll into egg shape
and refrigerate until firm. Melt the butter and some chocolate and dip the eggs
in the chocolate mixture.
