Popcorn Cake

1 gallon popped popcorn (cooled)
16 oz. M&M's
10 oz. peanuts
1 large bag mini marshmallows
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Mix popcorn, M&M's and peanuts. Cook marshmallows, margarine and oil until
marshmallows melt. Cook one minute longer and pour over popcorn mixture. Mix
thoroughly. Pour into tub pan. Cool and turn out onto plate. Cut with
serrated knife.
