Rhubarb Crunch
I found several recipes for you, my only regrate is that I can't be
there to help you eat it. We don't get rhubarb here in Texas. It was
always one of the things I looked forward to when I was a lad, Miss it but
I do have some good recipes handy just in case.

Rhubarb Crunch
Crust Sauce
1 cup flour 1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla
4 cups rhubarb 2 tbs cornstarch
3/4 cup oatmeal 1 cup water
1/4 cup margarine (melted)
Mix together flour, oatmeal sugar, and melted margarine. Place 1/2 in
bottom of 9x12 in. greased pan. Spread rhubarb over crust.
Cook until clear the sugar, cornstarch and water, add vanilla. Pour over
rhubarb; add rest of crumbled mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour'
