Rhubarb Dessert
I found several recipes for you, my only regrate is that I can't be there to help you
eat it. We don't get rhubarb here in Texas. It was always one of the things I looked
forward to when I was a lad, Miss it but I do have some good recipes handy just in case.

Rhubarb Dessert
1 cups rhubarb 1/2 cup of milk
1 1/2 cups white sugar 1 egg
3 tbs flour 1 cup flour
1 cub brown sugar 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup mararine 1 tsp vanilla
Mix rhubarb, white sugar, and 3 tbs flour in the bottom of pan. cover with the remaining
ingradients. Put in 9 x 13 in. cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
