Rhubarb Pie
I found several recipes for you, my only regrate is that I can't be there to help you
eat it. We don't get rhubarb here in Texas. It was always one of the things I looked
forward to when I was a lad, Miss it but I do have some good recipes handy just in case.

Rhubarb Pie
2 cups milk 1 egg beaten
1 cup sugar 2 tbs flour
Topping
1/4 cup sugar 2 tbs butter
2 tbs flout 1/4 cup oatrmeal
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes ( this set the pie so that it is not runny) Reducr heat
to 325 degrees and finish baking 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 8 in. pie
