Rhubarb Topping
I found several recipes for you, my only regrate is that I can't be there to help you
eat it. We don't get rhubarb here in Texas. It was always one of the things I looked
forward to when I was a lad, Miss it but I do have some good recipes handy just in case.

Rhubarb Topping
3 cups sliced rhubarb 3 tbs tapioca
1 cup water 1 cup sugar
Bring to the boil and cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Cool
Delicious over shortcake wit whip cream.
