Snicker Doodles
1 cup shortening
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 Tsp. Cream of Tarter
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. salt
Heat oven to 400.F. Shape dough into 1 inche balls. Roll balls in mixture of 2 Tbsp. of
sugar and 2 Tbsp. of cinnamon Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10
minutes. These cookies puff ratheer than flaten.
