lemon extract

powdered sugar
1 T.
lemon juice -- (1 to 2)
Heat oven to 350F. Grease cookie sheets. Combine sugar and butter on med. . speed till
creamy. Add sour cream, eggs, lemon peel and lemon extract; continue beating till well
mixed. Reduce speed to low, add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat till well mixed. Drop
by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 min. till
lightly browned. Cool completely.
Glaze
Combine powdered sugar and enough lemon juice for desired glazing consistency. Frost
cooled cookies.
