White Chocolate Fondue
12 oz. white chocolate
1 oz. Kirsche's cherry brandy
8 oz. heavy whipping cream
Combine chocolate & cream in a double boiler. Sti until chocolate is
completely melted. Mixture will be creamy; do not over cook. Mix thoroughly. Put
into fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with any fruit or firm cake.
