Carrot Cake
I don't know about old fashioned, but this one is pretty tastey!
1 standard boxed cake-mix (carrot)
1 can pumpkin
3 eggs or 5 whites
1 c water
1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 c raisins, soaked
1 T vanilla
1 t cinnamon
combine ingredients and bake in sprayed non-stick pan until center is set
(see directions on box)
this recipe is low in fat and super moist! It doesn't even need
frosting.
