Caesar Salad Dressing

Caesar Salad Dressing Dry Mix

1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp oregano
1/8
 tsp instant minced garlic
2 Tbsp gratedParmesan cheese
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small. bowl
until evenly distributed.  Put mixture in a foil packet or 1-pt. glass
jar.  Label and store in a cold, dry place.Use within 3-4 months.  Makes
about 3 Tbsp Caesar Salad Dressing.  Mix enough for 3/4 cup Caesar Salad
Dressing

1 recipe Caesar Salad Dressing mix
1/2 Cup vegetable or olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice

Combine ingredients in a glass jar.  Shake until well blended.  Chill
before serving.  Makes about 3/4 cup Caesar Salad Dressing.
