Breast of Chicken w/ Terragon & Honey
3 whole, large chicken breasts (boned & cut in half)
1 teasp. dried terragon leaves
1 teasp. seansoned salt
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp. margerine (cut up)
1 Tbsp. honey
parsley sprigs
Preheat broiler. Arrange chicken skin side up in broiling pan (healthier if you
remove the skin first). Sprinkle w/ 1/2 tsp. terragon, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, and
1/4 tsp. pepper. Dot w/ margarine & broil chicken 3 min (450 degrees).
Turn chicken; baste w/ melted margarine from the pan & sprinkle w/ remaining spices.
Broil 3 min.
Turn chicken again & broil 2 min.
Brush chicken w/ honey & broil 2-5 min. more or 'til chicken is done (browned &
fork tender) & juices run clear.
Garnish w/ parsley sprigs.
