flour
salt
pepper
olive oil for frying

whole onion

cloves garlic
1/4 cup
white wine
1/2 cup
marsala
1. Flour, salt and pepper meat, and fry in oil.
2. Saute onion and add garlic, wine and marsala. Reduce and pour over meat.
Difficulty : very easy.
