Czechoslovakian Pot Roast
Now, onto pot roast. Yes, I'd love your wife's recipe. In return I'll give
you a very old Czechoslovakian Pot Roast Recipe my grandmother made. Put roast in a deep
pot. Cover with water. Add chunks of celery, carrots, green pepper and onions.
Cover and cook till meat is tender. Then, remove meat to plate and slice.
Take ALL veggies and put in a blender with a small container of sour cream, salt,
pepper and a bit of the liquid. This is the gravy. It's wonderful. Serve
with potato pancakes. Gotta go and watch Coronation St. Never miss it.
