Buy some unglazed creamic tile (enough to cover the bottom of a cookie sheet.
Cover the cookie sheet with tile, put in hot grill until tile are hot.
Sprinkle with cornmeal, and put pizza on top. (make sure the tile are not wet or
soaked in water...they will explode) Cook pizza as usual.
