Lemon Bell Pepper Pasta

Lemon Bell Pepper Pasta

Makes 2-3 servings
1 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
Cayenne Pepper - To taste
1/2 Cup Diced Red, Yellow or Orange Sweet Pepper (seeds removed)
1 oz sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
1 tsp. capers

Heat oil and butter in a sauce pan until the butter is melted, but not browned.
Add Lemon and Cayenne Pepper, mix well
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 10 minutes over a low
heat.
Toss with pasta of your choice, top with Parmesan cheese and serve hot!
