Matzo Fry
This has been a recipe in my family for many, many years. I often eat for dinner,
also
Matzo Fry
4 matzos
1/2 cup luke warm water
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup cream or half and half
1/2 stick of margarine
Break matzos into small pieces. Pour luke warm water on matzos. Let soak for
5-10 minutes. Press water out of matzos. Set aside.
Beat the eggs. Add salt, pepper and cream. Beat some more.
Heat margarine in large pan till completely melted.
Mix eggs with the matzos. Mix well.
Pour matzo mixture in pan corner to corner. Heat on med - med-hi, till golden brown.
Flip and heat other side. Serve. Enjoy!!
