PESCADO ALICANTE(Baked Fish)(spain)

1 onion, sliced
1 pound fish fillets, (flounder, haddock or cod)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Spread onion slices over bottom of greased baking dish.
Lay fish over onion.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
combine oil and wine; pour over all
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350 degs for 15-20 minutes
serves 3
sugguested menu:Baked Fish, Artichole salad, string beans, rum spongecake, coffee or tea.
