QUEEN ANN TUNA

Here are some tasty ways to grill or broil tuna.  Note: I don't care for
my tuna "rare" as it is served in some restaurants or the directions in
many recipes.  The cooking times in the recipes below permit the fish to
be cooked through, but not dry.   If you like your tuna rare, adjust the
cooking time.

QUEEN ANN TUNA

Albacore or tuna steaks
4 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 minced garlic cloves

Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and  garlic  and marinade tuna for at least 20
minutes.  BBQ or grill fish 10 minutes per inch of thickness, basting with 
marinade.
