                        Vegetable Cooking Spray
  4                      Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast Halves -- about 1
pound
  1                 Can   (10 3/4 Oz.) Campbell's Healthy Request
                        Condensed Cream Of Chicken And Broccoli
                        Soup
     1/2            Cup  Milk
  2        Tablespoons  Lime Or Lemon Juice
  1         Tablespoon  Chopped Fresh Cilantro Or Parsley
     1/8      Teaspoon  Pepper
  3                Cups   Cut-up Vegetables (use Combination Of
                        Broccoli Flowerets, Whole Kernel Corn And
                        Green Or Red Pepper Strips)
  4                Cups   Hot Cooked Rice -- cooked without margarine or salt
                        Lime Slices For Garnish
                        Curly Endive -- for garnish

Spray medium skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1
minute. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.

Add soup, milk, lime juice, cilantro, pepper and vegetables. Heat to a boil.
Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until
chicken is no longer pink. Serve with rice. Serve with additional lime juice
if desired. Garnish with lime juice and curly endive. Serves 4.
