Golden Parmesan Potatoes
6 large. potatoes
1/4 cup. flour
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
1/3 cup margarine
Cut peeled potatoes into quarters. Combine flour, cheese and seasonings in a
plastic bag. Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in the bag
to coat. Melt margarine in 9 x 13 pan and place potatoes in single layer. Bake
at 375 for 1 hour, turning once.
