Mo-Jo Potatoes
3 med. potatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine.
Wash potatoes and cut each into 8 wedges; set aside. Combine cheese and next 3
ingredients, stirring well. Dip potato wedges in melted butter; arrange in
single layer in slightly greased 15x10x1" pan. Sprinkle cheese mixture over
potatoes. Bake at 3750 uncovered, 40 min. or till potatoes are tender and
browned. Serves 4.
