Peanut Butter Cream Frosting
1/2 of 12 oz. peanut butter morsels
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
3 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp milk
Melt morsels; stir until smooth and remove from heat. In a large bowl,
combine melted morsels, cream cheese, vanilla, and salt; beat well. Beat in
confectioners' sugar alternately with milk until of spreading consistency.
