Bajra Roti

2 cups bajra flour
salt to taste
water

Form a stiff dough using flour, salt and enough water. Make lime sizes balls out
of the dough. Flatten each ball into a round shape with your hands. Sprinkle
water on a tava and heat it well. Now place the roti on this tava and cook on
both sides till done. Repeat for the remaining
dough. Serve hot with garlic chutney.
