Kebab Sauce

Title: Kebab Sauce

Yield: 5 Servings
1 large Onion, minced
1 Cm slice ginger, pounded
5 Stalks fresh mint, pounded
1 Fresh green chilli, pounded
1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
-salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, or place in a food
processor and blend into a sauce. Store in the
refrigerator until needed and serve with Kebabs. For
