Chicken Curry

Carol,  My recipe is very simple  I put skinless, boneles chicken (I like Sams Club Frozen Chick Breast) in baking dish and I cover with campbells cream of chick soup(add about 1/4 cup water)add cut up celery 1 stalk should be enough and sprinkle with curry or tumeric or both (not too much about 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon - you can always add more) cover and bake about 1 hr 350.  You can use rice - I ususally put in same pan as chicken for last 1/2 hrs of cooking or you can cook separate and spoon sauce over rice. Everyone loves it and it takes no time at all great when your in a rush.  If your cooking more than 4 - 5 pieces of chicken I suggest you use to cans of soup.  Mix Chick with cream of celery etc. NO SALT IS To BE ADDED (soup has plenty)  Enjoy   I have another recipe but it too much of a bother.
