Basic Scones

Yield: 6 servings
3/4 lb Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Margarine or other fat
2/3 cup Milk (roughly)
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in the shortening.
Mix in the milk to make a soft dough. When kneaded, rolled and cut
out, bake 10-12 minutes in a hot oven (450F).
