Crockpot Corned Beef

1 corned beef round (less fat than brisket)
spices
water

That's it!  Put the corned beef and spices that come in the package in the
crockpot.  Cover with water.  Cook 7-10 hours on high.  You can use brisket
but may have to cut it to make it fit the pot.  Sometimes I have to put a
saucer on top to keep the meat under the water.  I don't usually cook the
cabbage in the pot because mine is small but the book says to add the
cabbage after 2 or 3 hours of cooking and push it under the water.  You can
add carrots and onion when you start cooking.
